PINOTAGE is the quintessential South African grape. A rare find indeed! A distinctive ruby-red appearance loaded with plum and raspberries. Wood tannins are well-integrated and friendly. An excellent example of this unique South African grape.
Healthy, full grapes (24 °C) were fermented on the skins for 7 days at 27 °C. After malolactic fermentation the wine is matured on a combination of French and American oak.
Enjoy with pork and lightly curried dishes or just sip with friends.
