
Recipe ideas for GOLDEN KAAN PINOTAGE ROSÉ
Ingredients to serve 4:
250 g carrots 250 g cauliflower 400 g Waterblomjes (water lilies) 1 small red pepper 1 small green pepper 1 onion
For the dressing:
100 ml olive oil 60 ml white wine vinegar or lemon juice 2 tsp. sugar 4 cloves of garlic 4 T chopped garden herbs (chives, balm, and chervil)
Preparation:
Peel carrots and cut into slices. Break the cauliflower into florets. Lightly cook carrots and cauliflower in boiling water.
Cut the peppers into strips and slice the onions. Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together, stirring in the finely chopped garlic and herbs. Stir everything together in a large salad bowl and let sit for a few hours.
TIP: Instead of using Waterblommetjes young zucchinis, which are blanched for a short while can also be used. |
