The Cabernet Sauvignon is good. Price-wise is on a par with some medium and high-league good wines from spain. The french cannot compete, going 4 or 5 times the price for something comparable. Great for red meat, aromatic cheeses, thick tuna fish steaks sealed and not cooked inside. It will overcome some birds. Great bouquet. Does not need time to develop, or large glasses or decanters to open up (but please don't use plastic cups!). I buy it happily when i can find it. Keep up the good work. Mit freundlichen Grüssen. Saw the display at Whole foods and thought I'd give it a try. The Pinotage is really nice, smooth and the berries stand out big time.
